To avoid the spoilers go watch Madoka. It's only 12 eps. If you're really short on time you can watch the first two madoka movies instead which is just the series compressed.
CHARACTER NAME: Charlotte
CHARACTER SERIES: Madoka Magica
WHERE IN THE SERIES: Before Rebellion (the Bebe icons are more expressive)
SPECIES: Witch
POWERS: Creating sweets, "Shedding" and "Regenerating", Creating isolated spaces
THEME SONGS: Wo Ist Die Käse
Hugging/Kissing/Touching: Sure. She'll tolerate or even enjoy it... If she's in a good mood.
Attempted Romance/flirting: Bribery will get you everywhere and nowhere...
Fighting/Combat: Yes. She might just eat you, however.
Killing: Good luck. Witches don't die easily. And even if you do "kill" her she'll simply collapse down into a grief seed.
Anything Offensive: I'm fine with anything.
Reading Her Mind: Go ahead. She's usually got some kind of food on the mind at all times. Probably cheese.
POWERS: As a witch Charlotte is able to create an isolated space called a labyrinth as well as populate it with minions. She strives to spread her own unique brand of despair. This is not fully elaborated on within the source material but it seems this revolves around desiring the unobtainable or having happiness snatched away at the last minute. She also has themes heavily steeped in both desserts and medical instruments, and her methods will reflect this. Her other powers revolve around creating sweets and the ability to eat pretty much anything. Humans who are targeted by her will bare a mark (called a witch's kiss) that generally cannot be noticed by non magical girls. These marks generally drive people to some form of suicide. She is very durable, able to shed her "skin" when she takes enough damage and emerged undamaged. If this happens enough times or the damage is too extensive she will revert back to a grief seed whereupon it will hatch once again should it gather enough despair.
LABYRINTH?: A labyrinth is a witch's domain and its created to protect them. It can move along with her though I will be taking a liberty by saying she can also move independently from it seeing as Rebellion showed that is possible. Navigation of this labyrinth is generally impossible for beings without some form of protection from its magical effects. Unaided, unprotected people who enter will be eaten.
WITCH'S KISS?: If you want a character marked I will handle its effects on a case by case basis.
WARNING: Though I will be taking pointers from Bebe on how to play her when she's not being terrifying, this is still Charlotte and NOT Bebe. She is very volatile and steeped in her own curse. Don't expect to be best friends just because you gave her some cheese. SHE WILL NOT HESITATE TO EAT YOU!
